Charlotte Neuville Cakes and Confections creates customized, one-of-a-kind sophisticated and stylized cakes for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and other celebrations. Charlotte Neuville develops these cakes after meeting personally with the client or event planner.
Charlotte Neuville Cakes and Confections also produces stunning cakes from an array of simpler designs for more casual events. Charlotte can discuss these cakes with the client or event planner without a personal meeting and can be produced on a more streamlined timeline.
WEDDINGS
Charlotte Neuville Cakes and Confections brand centers on the creation of sophisticated and stylized special occasion cakes. Charlotte Neuville develops these after meeting personally with the client(s) or the event planner(s) representing the client. After detailed and thorough discussions, Charlotte begins the development of the cake. She generates sketches and imagery, which she then presents to the client for approval. A private tasting is also conducted with the client to determine cake flavors, fillings and coverings (fondant, buttercreams, icings, etc.).
In many instances, Charlotte and her team personally deliver and oversee the final assembly of a cake. Her attention to detail is unrivaled and unprecedented --- key elements contributing to her business success and critical acclaim.
